The family apartment was compact with a modern bathroom. The friendly staff created a welcoming family atmosphere. The service exceeded our expectations. The hotel's central location right on the seafront was fantastic. Having Sri Thai next to the property was convenient.

Nice beds, the room itself was decent sized and contemporary. The location in a central area was marvellous. The staff was fairly friendly, they give us all the help.

Great Hotel to stay. We were here for one night and Navigate was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms with a sea view, comfortable parking, and friendly staff. The location was excellent, close to cafes and eateries. The hotel had a nice seaside setting and secure parking. a charming experience.

It is an interesting place for relaxing break, has incredible views of the sea. Incredibly comfortable and easy location near waterfront and amenities as well as almost a suburb of Napier. The attached restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Most of the staff were efficient and excellent. My king studio and all facilities were nice! Location: the hotel was very close to central Napier, cafes and restaurants and a stand-alone restaurant and car park-nice view beyond that.
